A midwest staple thats super cheap n fast to make n never gets turned down round here anytime of da year n has endless topping possibilities like traditional or slap sum coleslaw on it n go southern or pizza toppins…ect no ones gonna judge ya. heres what we need

3.lbs pork loin

2 sleeves of saltine crackers

1.c panko bread crumbs

3 eggs

1/2.c milk

onion powder

garlic powder

black pepper

salt

oil for fryin

buns

toppings like onion pickle mustard ketchup mayo. u know traditional shit

k first off we need to trim most da fat n silver skin off da loin wit a sharp ass knife carefully lol get as much as ya can itll help when pounding em out

k then after ya get da fat n silver skin off go ahead n slice da loin out width wise in boot 1 inch chunks

then grab u sum saran wrap plastic wrap n cut it into a big piece n lay a piece of pork down flat wit da wrap on top n proceed to beat yo meat lol. beat it like it owes u money til its a big ol flat pancake. flip it boot every 10 to 15 beats till its boot 1/4.in thick. n if sum is to thin or spannin out too much fold it back in n beat it back together n then pound out the rest of yo meat

k now open da sleeves of crackers n empty em into a big ziplock bag n use a rollin pin to crush em up as best ya can. da finer da better. and start pre heatin yo oil in a cast iron or ceramic dutch oven to 375° bout 3.in of oil. u know da drill we fryin

after they pulzerized. add da panko to da bag n combined em n put em in a big bowl n break yo eggs into a seperate bowl n add da milk n seasoning. a few good shakes of em all. user discretion lol

k now take yo meat n drop it into da egg wash n shake off da extra eggy goo n then dredge it in da crumbs n let rest a few min after u shake off da excess crumbs u can c they biggg lol. thats where all that meat beatin gets ya😂🤣😂😁

then drop em in da oil for boot 5 min one or 2 at a time if they’ll fit lol n flip em at least once

then after they rest n drip dry on da wire rack or a paper towel its time to assemble them bad boys. i like to go traditional n this is boot da only thing ill use ketchup on lol

lol.

n there ya go. just as good or better than u can get at a restaurant n way cheaper n thats how we like it. for 15 bucks u can make like 6 to 8 of these.
