we eat alot of burgers round here cuz there cheap n budget friendly n everyone loves em but ya gotta have more variety if ya eatin em once or twice a week so heres one inspired by my gurls love for my chipotle sauce n my first house signature burger da Brittney. heres what we need
1/2 lb. 80/20 ground beef
pepper jack cheese
thin sliced onion
milk
flour
cookin oil
brioche buns
onion powder
garlic powder
pepper
salt
and for the chipotle cream
1/2.c mayo
1/2.c sour cream
1 can chipotle peppers n adobe sauce
1.ts lime juice
garlic powder
salt
also ill be a little short wit the burger makin part cuz i blogged cookin burgers on da stove here i just really wanna cover the other shit lol. sorry.
k first off put all yo chipotle sauce ingredients into a food processor n process till smooth then put it into a squeeze bottle or sumthin to store it in da fridge. we use da shit outta this stuff lol. i bought sum reusable squeeze bottles cuz i make alotta sauce. they come in handy af. get sum

now get yo onion n use a slicer on the thinest setting n slice away but becareful those slicers are evil. use the guard always. trust me lol im still lookin for my finger tip n ive used these for years lol

take you onion slices n soak em n milk then toss em in flour seasoned wit salt n pepper and fry em at 350° til brown n crispy. boot 3 to 4 min. n let em rest on a wire rack

now we can get on the burger. we need 2 4.oz balls of meat smashed down wit a piece of pepper jack in between.

k now we got our pattie formed so well season it wit salt onion powder garlic powder n pepper n off 2 the cast iron heated to 400° n lightly greased wit butter n well cook it for boot 5 min on each side. mostly covered to keep da heat up n cheese it the last min

k. toast yo buns n time to assemble

n boom. da brittney

lol. k bye
