when i gotta lotta rice n tomatoe sauce layin round n sum extra ground beef. i always think of em as meat apples lol.  kinda like a cassarole stuffed into a soft bell pepper n covered n cheese. so ya a stupid good traditional comfy food. heres what we need

6.oz can tomatoe paste
3.c cooked rice
half a yellow onion diced
4 cloves garlic. minced
1/2.tbsp worseshire
3.tbsp sugar
1/2.ts onion powder. garlic powder salt ans pepper
1/4.c parmesan cheese
2.c shredded cheddar
1/2.c water
1.tbsp olive oil

k. first off. cut open yo peppers n gut em out n save any leftovers from da top for later n dice yo onion n mince yo garlic then add olive oil to a huge pan n heat it to med n once hot. add yo onion n cook boot 8min then add garlic n cook 1 more mink now onions n garlic goin. add yo meats n 1/2 .c water n break it all up still on med heat damn. lotta meat lol.  k. keep choppin it up n stirrin til it starts to brown.  usuall boot 20 min or so n da mean time cook yo rice.  🙄 just use da box or bags direction lol. im not coverin rice every time its in a recipe. lol. im drinkin n busy 😅🤣😅🤣 k fine. if its instant rice. which sucks.  follow box n cook on stove top. if u use long grain which is better for shit like this. follow bag but after u boil water add water n rice to a dutch oven n cook in oven covered at 325°   for 20 min.  way better n add a bit of butter n salt. n make sure to rinse rice outta a bag off really good.  k nuf boot rice.  after the meats are browin up good  add yo seasonings n sugar , tomatoe paste n sauce and worestershire n simmer for 30 min uncovered  or so til thickin up sumk after its all looking thickish. go ahead n add yo rice n parmk stir all that parm in real good n pre heat yo oven to 375° n put yo peppers in on a pan for boot 30 min. n u can do this anytime. i forgot boot em lol.  but we need to soften em up a bit wit sum roastingn boom nice n soft.  k now fill em wit that good good n top em wit cheese n back to da oven to melt da cheese n there they is in all they gloryenjoy

6 to 8 bell peppers. any color
2.lb ground beef
1.lb italian sausage
32.oz can tomatoe sauce
15.oz can tomatoe sauce too
