finnally got most the house on board too like these enough to give me a excuse to make em more often. growin up we had em alot n i loved fish cookie nite lol. dippin em n mayo or ketchup or what ever we had. they just taste like bein 8 again lol. heres what we need
3 cans pink salmon
3/4.c or more real mayo
2 sleeves saltine crackers
1/2.tbsp lemon juice
3 large eggs
a few shakes of onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and old bay seasoning
3 to 4 sticks of salted butter to fry wit
k first get yo butter into a deep pan u can fry n and on low heat start to melt em up

now we gonna put our crackers n a zip lock n beat em like they owe us money lol i use a rollin pin n try n get em really fine. then put em in a big bowl along wit the seasonings

now the open up them cans n plop em out on a big plate one at a time

mmmmmm lmao. ya. they dont look like much n may turn peeps off so best do this part when they not lookin 🤣🤣🤣 u gotta gently seperate the fish cylinder so u can remove as much of the bones as u can n their usually all in the center

n its fine if u dont get em all the salmon is pre cooked already so the bones are soft but its a texture thing to some. they dont bother me. im not scurd🙃 but anyway. after u debone the cans add em to da crackers along wit da mayo, lemon juice and eggs and get yo paws n there n mix till u get em all combined to where u can make patties

they should be moist enough to stick 2gether n dry enough to not fall apart. i make em boot burger size or smaller. k then on med heat get your butter hot to where its bubble. if u got a deep fry thermometer use it to not let butter get over 325° but long as u keep the heat at med u should be fine. when butter looks good n hot. drop in yo patties n cook on each side for 3 to 4 min n make sure yo butter is comin up at least half way up da side of the patties

after they cooked let em cool on a cookie rack to crisp up more

n there ya go. child hood fish cookies 😁
