
cant go wrong wit mac n cheese but to put lobster in it n use white cheddars just makes it more suitable to place on a steak dinner plate🧐🤣🤣🤣😜 not really but it does pair perfect for sum surf n turf. as seen above. i reserve this for anniversaries n mommy day. ya i butched anniversary but yall know i just keep typin. im one n done. no edits lol. k.heres what we need
1 box med pasta shells
2 lobster tails
1/2.c flour
2/3.c butter
2.c milk
2.c heavy cream
1 egg
3.c shredded white cheddar
1.c shredded montery jack
1.c shredded mozzarella
1/2.c parmasen cheese
1/4.ts onion powder, garlic powder, old bay seasoning, salt and pepper. or a bit more as needed of all.
splash of lemon juice
k first get yo steamer pot filled wit water just to da steam tray n start to get the water up to temp

now cut yo lobsters on the top length wise to help expose the meat

now bring water to full boil n place lobsters in shell side up n cover n n reduce heat to med n cook for 6 min

should be nice n red when done

now go ahead n remove da meat n set aside for now

k in the same pot add more water to the water already in it that has that lobster good good fats in it n go ahead n bring it back to a boil n cook yo shells n the shells will retain that lobster flavor 2 n while thats goin on well make our rue so drop yo butter into a big pot n melt it over med heat then add flour n mix em til u get a paste n cook it for a few min stirrin the whole time


then whisk in your milk. cream n egg n whisk it reall good

then add yo cheeses , seasonings n lemon juice n stir til melted on med heat boot 15 min

now chop up yo lobster n add that along wit your shells. n if they sat to long just run em under cold water n stir to break em back apart n re strain em


mix em up reall good n place em in a pan n off to da oven at 350° for 20 min
