the king of all the steak sammies out there. well. the only real one i guess lol  this will be quik cuz theres not much too it i just want my boys to know how i did em n i dont wanna anger da philly gods so i use most of every version they make on one since i like em all n y not.  sum use cheez wiz.  sum provalone. sum chop. sum slice da meat the debate will always be goin on so i use both. fuck it lol most shit i make is traditional to where i like to come as close as i can n then whos eatin it can do whatever to it. but try it how it is then fuck wit it.  i c food recipe reviews online where they go to make a recipe n substitute or add shit not in it then say its trash lol.  ya bet it is cuz ya fucked it up lol. ill always make it how its been proven to work then fuck it up 🤣🤣😶 oh sorry.  back to da steak lol.  heres what we need
ribeyes

my italian bread recipe or any bread u want
cheez wiz
real mayo  i use dukes or hellmans
provalone cheese
green bell pepper
yellow onion
mushrooms. if ya want
olive oil
salt n pepper
k. put yo steaks in da freezer til ready to slice cuz itll make it easier if their a little firm and if u makin my bread recipe get on it. if not then start by slicin up yo veggies n get a big cast iron pan wit sum olive oil n start to cook em til soft

n cut yo cheez jk jk lol.  no no  i mean put da cheeze whiz in a bowl n microwave for 30 sec at a time n stir.   i hate usin chef mic but i dont fuck wit cheese wiz much so y not lol now if yo steaks are firmed up a bit lets get em sliced as thin as ya cann if ya dont have a slicer u can either have da butcher do it or super carefully use a sharp ass knife n slice away from u 😬  n after thats done  remove yo veggies from da pan n add a bit more oil n get da pan pretty hot like up to 450° at least. which is at med to med high if u dont have a infered thermostat.  then throw on yo sliced up ribeye n season wit salt n pepper n cook just a few min on each side n use your spatula to kind dice em up a bit.  at least da bigger pieces n when they look good remove em from da pan n slice your bread length wise mist da way through n if needed nuke yo cheese whiz for 30 sec n spead it out all over bottom of the bread n mayo da top n add yo steak then provalone on top that to help it melt a bit then yo veggies n boom u good to go just add my frys n fry sauce too😁
oh ya fry sauce. imma put it here it needs a home lol

FRY SAUCE
3/4.c real mayo
3/4.c sour cream
1/4.c chili sauce (its by the ketchup)
1.tbsp yellow mustard
1.ts worestershire
1.tbsp sugar
1/2.tbsp paprika
1/2.ts onion powder
1/2.ts garlic powder
1/4.ts salt
mix all together n chill a bit.   add more or less after ya taste it. i never measure it out but i think this is close lol
