good old brinner fo dinner for da win lol n so much easier havin all the greats in one cuz breakfast has sooo many great options for eggs n potatoes n meats n such but i like it all n one or like a skillet just cause if your feeding 5 to 10 u become a short order cook makin eggs 6 different ways n ..ect 🙄   the cassarole option works best round here n makes for great breakfast burritos the next day n u can add pancakes n waffles on da side or my biscuits n gravy which is best so u can drown yo cassarole in it.  k. heres what we need

dozen or so large eggs
1 1/2.c  milk
12.oz shredded cheddar
1/2.lb bacon
1.lb ground sausage
20.oz shredded frozen hashbrowns
butter
salt n pepper
optional…. onions,mushrooms,bell peppers, rotel…ect

first gotta brown up that sausage n pan  looks like alot cuz im makin sausage gravy too lol

n. cook up yo bacon  da ovens best way for bacon just  put em in cold on a pan dont preheat  then set oven to 375° n give em boot 12 min n save yo grease on da pan n crumble when it cools
k while thats cooling  butter up a big ol pan or deep cassarole dish n whisk in yo eggs and milk


then add yo cheese and meats plus sum of da bacon grease
then add your frozen potatoesn stir till its alls covered then off to da oven at 375° covered n foil for boot 30min then remove foil. stir real good n cook another 20 min til eggs are cooked thruk. stir it up a bit.  n if its a bit liquidy. dont worry.  itll keep cookin after its out the oven. best not over cook itk. time to serve it upalong side sum of my b n g sooo good
