chicken breast
panko
flour
eggs
real parmasean
mozzarella
olive oil
half reg sized onion
6 cloves garlic
1 32.oz can crushed tomatoes
1 18.oz can tomatoe sauce
6.oz can tomatoe paste
salt
pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
italian seasoning
sugar
oil for frying
choice of pasta. i use fettuccine
k first off we gonna get on da sauce so we need to dice up our onion n get it into a big pan wit sum olive oil on med heat n cook boot 10 min til soft n add yo garlic n cook another min so as not to burn em

then add yo paste , tomatoes , seasonings and sugar n bring to a low boil n reduce heat to low n simmer for least a hour til its thickend up we want a thick sauce so it stays on top the chicken breading n not try n soak into it lol

k while thats cookin up well start to butterfly our chicken n beat em flat

after u got em flat n trimmed. place em in a bowl n fill it wit enough water to cover em n give the water a few good shakes of salt to help brine da burds up before we fry em which brings us to our next step. gettin oil hot n breading stations ready lol. so grab 3 big bowls or pans. n place flour in one. 5 or 6 eggs whisked up wit bout a few splashes of milk and last bowl put your panko wit a bunch of fresh parm in wit it. lol n season up your flower also wit salt, pepper, italian seasoning, onion and garlic powder ect… what eva u want lol

k n after u get your oil heated up to 350° go ahead n dip your chicken da flour then egg then panko n drop into da oil for bout 6 min n try keep oil below 350° n above 325° lol n when done rest em on a wire rack

after they dry a bit well put em on a pan n give em a layer of our sauce which should be nice n thick now n lay on da burds without soakin in to da crispy crunchy good good

ohhh ya shes ah thick lol. perfect. n not runnin all over

now the mozz

n mo parm

n the off to oven at 400° for 5 min or till cheese is melty if u want da brown spots put it under yo broiler for same time

while they cool or like 20 min ago😬😬😬 lol. make u a pot of noodles. just a quick 8 min boil n add em to the leftover sauce as a side dish. my bad. lol. forgot

n there ya go. add garlic bread if ya got sum i didnt make a no bread to day o lol…sorry. im done lol
